Refund policy

VENERIWEAR – Hassle-Free Returns & Refunds

At VENERIWEAR, we believe shopping should be stress-free from start to finish — including returns. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, no problem! We're here to make it right.

30-Day Return Window
You can return your order within 30 days of delivery, as long as all tags are still attached and the item is unused and in original condition.

Quick & Easy Returns
Returning an item is simple:

Just email us at veneriwear@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the return reason
  • (Optional) Photo evidence, if the item is damaged or faulty

We’ll guide you through the rest.

You’ll need to cover return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect — but we’ll always aim to make the process as smooth as possible.

No Refunds on Discounted 

Items purchased during our anniversary sale are not eligible for refunds. These purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, even for incorrect sizing.

Refunds & Exchanges
For full-priced items, you can choose between:

  • A full refund
  • A free exchange

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

In Case of Issues (Damaged / Wrong Item / Lost in Transit)
If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Incorrect (wrong item, color, or size)
  • Or never arrives at all

Please contact us and we’ll make it right — no need to return the item in most cases.

Returns We Can’t Accept

  • The item shows signs of use or the tags are removed.

How to Start a Return
Email veneriwear@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • (Optional) Photos or videos if applicable

We'll get back to you within 2–3 business days.

Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it immediately enters our processing system to ensure fast and efficient delivery.
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been processed, a 30% cancellation fee will apply to cover fulfilment, handling, and transaction costs already incurred.

To request a cancellation, please contact veneriwear@gmail.com with your order number.

Please note that once an order has been fully processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Disputes
Orders that have been disputed with a payment processor cannot be refunded. Please reach out to our support team so we can find a solution together. If you decide to dispute your order, we won't be able to process a potential refund or return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
